Frederick Aguilera, CHCCC: I love Artera because it’s easy. It’s been difficult to get people to buy into how easy it is. They can almost seem too good to be true. And I think what I love about Artera is that every time I use it, every time I bring it as a part of a solution to the table, it’s never let me down and it’s never let our patients down. So I think that there’s a consistency and a reliability and a trust aspect to the Artera that just makes it easy for me. And also, I just love the Arterian environment. There’s a lot of support happening, for us as a customer.
Katie Pittman, Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare: The reason I love Arterra so much is that we’ve been able to tailor specific preferences that patients and physicians have voiced to us, and that has really helped our organization across the board.
Nicole Clanton, Beauregard Health System: Text messaging and learning through Artera has been super easy, and all the language has been easy to follow, and I like the layout, the look of the platform is visually appealing, and it’s easy to communicate with my patients.
And I’ve actually become really excited about pushing out a new campaign for a provider because I’m like, oh, yay, I get to text with some patients and save some lives today, and it’s pretty exciting.

If you need to investigate an issue, then you can go and investigate it on yourself. You don’t really have to rely on, you know, some of your technical resources to drill further just to kinda get a synopsis of what’s going on within the platform.
There’s some other systems that you don’t have that ability, right, to explore it further and kinda pinpoint what’s going on.

I love the relationships that come along with this product. I don’t think that that is always the case. To be able to work closely with so many people in this company that truly listen, that truly want to make it a better product, but yet are super mindful of, is that specific to you or is that really what more people want?
Frederick Aguilera, CHCCC: And as a federally qualified health center who’s extremely concerned with where our dollars are spent, Artera and the support system for their customers has been absolutely incredible. Being able to check-in every month, but also just anytime we need anything.
Abdalla Ihmeidan, UNC Health: One other thing that I really enjoy is the patient messaging history. So if you put the MRN into that search function, it’s going to allow you to see the entire messaging, that’s gone to that patient, including the external vendors, which is very helpful and cuts down on investigation time for the rest of the team.
Courtney Miles, Children’s Wisconsin: At Children’s Wisconsin, we love the ability for us to just continue to stretch Artera as much as possible, and we’re never met with resistance, which is pretty amazing, and it’s just a great feeling to know you’ve got somebody to go to with crazy ideas and with thoughts and insights and you’re gonna be heard and you might not get it, but you’re gonna be heard and they’re gonna think about it.
