The past two years have continued to challenge the healthcare industry in ways we could not have imagined. While it is always an honor to receive recognition from our customers, it is especially significant to earn an accolade during such challenging times, once again. 

For the second consecutive year, customers have rated Well Health® Best in KLAS in Patient Outreach. We are incredibly humbled, and we cannot thank our customers enough for their endless support and collaboration. We have earned this recognition because of you.

What is ‘Best in Klas’? 

“The Best in KLAS award serves as a signal to provider and payer organizations that they should expect excellence from the winning vendors,” says KLAS President Adam Gale.

Every year, healthcare IT and data insights company, KLAS Research, ranks vendors across the many technology and services markets within healthcare, identifying those that excelled in helping healthcare professionals deliver better patient care. 

This ranking, part of the Best in KLAS 2022 Software & Services report, is based on anonymous, quality-checked reviews from healthcare provider organizations who use Patient Outreach software to engage with their patients. 

The KLAS grading methodology assesses six-core customer experience pillars: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship, and value. These ratings and insights directly represent the voice of the provider – unfiltered and unbiased. 

What this honor means 

Being named 2021 and 2022 Best in KLAS in Patient Outreach demonstrates WELL Health’s ongoing commitment to our customers and their evolving needs, and underscores the critical role our technology plays in helping providers tackle the challenges of patient communication – during COVID-19 and beyond.

Over the past year, WELL Health experienced tremendous growth driven by 160+ new healthcare customers. In addition, WELL celebrated major milestones, including new product innovations such as ChatAssist AI, new strategic collaborations with Twilio, Cerner, and MEDITECH, and the hiring of many new employees across the company. Our customers have continued to support us each and every step of this journey.
