In 2023, Hackensack launched a mammography-focused campaign via Artera, encouraging patients who were overdue for an appointment from the last 18 months to schedule their next mammogram.
The campaign garnered tremendous results, including a 45% response rate, 7K appointments scheduled, 12% positive findings (patients came back for additional testing) and $2.7M in incremental revenue.
