Robust Learning Center Extends Company’s Commitment To Customer Education; Enables Users To Learn How And When They Want

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., May 9, 2023 – Artera (formerly WELL Health), a SaaS digital health leader in patient communications,  recently expanded its online learning center, Artera Academy, to include an improved user dashboard, integrated events hub and more accessible learning resources. These enhancements help empower Artera users to learn in a way that best suits their needs and preferences. 

“The Artera Academy is rooted in adult learning theory and equips our 500+ health system customers with easily accessible educational content to maximize the use of the Artera platform, with the goal of delivering more seamless, connected patient experiences,” said Sarah Shillington, SVP of Customer Experience, Artera. “Today’s healthcare providers face economic headwinds and staffing shortages, coupled with patients’ high expectations for highly-personalized customer service. The Artera Academy supports adult learning theory with self-service coursework, asynchronous on-demand content that allows users to start and stop at their leisure, and the ability to freely navigate across content types to access information in a format that best supports learners’ needs. The newly enhanced Artera Academy delivers:

  • Easily accessible educational content including 20+ online courses (average satisfaction rate of 75 percent) on a range of topics: platform overview, enterprise settings, campaign management and more (downloadable guides available to reference upon the completion of coursework). 
  • Continuing Education Webinars: Artera’s weekly, live continuing education series which creates a space for Artera users to connect, learn, and enhance their knowledge.
  • Access to Knowledge Base, a self-service online library with 180+ articles to help users implement and troubleshoot Artera effectively (content is updated daily to help develop accurate content and address user feedback).
  • Enhanced user interface to make the platform more intuitive including a new events page to easily access the Continuing Education Webinars and a dynamic dashboard with filtering capabilities, to access not started, in progress, and completed coursework.
  • Interactive simulations for coursework to give learners a safe space to test features before working in their production environments. 
  • All videos provide closed-captions to support all learners and upon completion of coursework, certificates are issued to learners. 

To-date, 5,000 learners have tapped into the robust suite of offerings available via the Artera Academy.
