Let’s go back to the first slide of all these vendors that all serve a very unique and useful purpose. Many of you probably have some of these in your portfolio, or you represent one of those companies. What? I would propose today is that patient engagement is not the right vector to categorize all these companies in just like AI wouldn’t be the right vector to categorize all these companies in when it comes to patient engagement.
We believe that you should invest in underlying infrastructure that can support your entire universe, whatever that universe might look like. And then you should make the best decisions for the categories of tools that are important for your system. So going back to that slide and organizing it in what we think is a logical way, there are call center systems that you will probably want to invest in, there are clinical provider communication systems that you’ll want to invest in, there are patient access solutions that might make a lot of sense. And finally, there are provider adjacent tools, like payer, pharma, and business consumer tools. So a simple framework. Hopefully, it is helpful. Obviously, this is a space that we care a lot about. Thank you for spending a few minutes with me today.
