Guillaume de Zwirek, CEO and Co-founder of Artera, started the company in 2015 with a singular mission – make healthcare #1 in customer service. Under Guillaume’s leadership, Artera facilitates 2.2 billion annual conversations on behalf of 100+ million patients and their healthcare teams.

Before founding Artera, Guillaume worked at Google and Graphiq.com (acquired by Amazon). Guillaume graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Classical Guitar Performance and a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a six-time Ironman athlete.
