Kari Baldonado

Kari Baldonado is the General Manager of Artera Government Solutions. Kari has 20 years of experience working in Healthcare IT. Kari joined Artera in 2021 leading the Cerner/Oracle partnership. Prior to Artera, she spent 17 years at Cerner Corporation leading consulting, product, and strategy organizations. Kari is passionate about building strong teams focused on client relationships and solving client problems. She spent 10 years leading Quality and Performance Measurement at Cerner where her teams consistently delivered on Value Based Reporting programs and submissions. Kari holds dual degrees in Communications from Kansas State University and an MBA from Rockhurst University.
