Sarah Shillington

SVP Customer Experience

Sarah Shillington is the SVP of Customer Experience at Artera. She brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare IT leadership overseeing client organizations at large-scale, global enterprise companies. 

Prior to Artera, Sarah served as Chief Client Officer for healthcare communication platform TigerConnect, where she oversaw all aspects of the client experience post-sale. Before that, Sarah spent seven years at Leidos Health, where she led consulting advisory services and strategic partnerships, and had a 19-year career at McKesson, running the customer education program, clinical consulting, as well as account management and teams, focused on helping clients maximize the value of McKesson’s extensive product portfolio. Additionally, Sarah spent several years as a health educator at Humboldt State University and the University of Wisconsin. 

Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in Education Administration and Health from North Central College and a master’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Sarah lives in Playa del Rey, Calif., is the proud mother of two daughters, and after being a dog person most of her life, is currently a cat parent in training.
